Above the city. Beyond the ordinary. Into the night. 🎃

Twelve floors above Chelsea, the skyline glows, the lights burn low, and Halloween takes on a whole new energy.

Welcome to PHD Rooftop Lounge, the iconic penthouse atop Dream Downtown. Featuring Italian marble, custom leather banquettes, amber chandeliers, and a stunning terrace overlooking the Empire State Building and the Hudson River, PHD sets the stage for an unforgettable Halloween night above New York City.

This Friday, the penthouse belongs to Above Fridays: Halloween Edition — where upscale nightlife meets Halloween after dark.

Expect the city's hottest DJs, hip-hop, R&B, and the tracks that keep the dance floor moving until 4 AM. Dress to impress, bring your best costume, and experience Halloween from above the city.
