In partnership with The SIMS Foundation, Backline's Restore Wellness Days is a free mental health and wellness event for music industry professionals. Join us on the mornings of Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th to rest, reset, and restore before the festival.
Folks are encouraged to come for one (or all) of our sessions at W Hotel's Roof Wet Deck, 200 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701. Yoga mats will be provided, coffee and smoothies will be served, and the pool will be open for use.
Saturday, October 12th
9-9:45am: Slow flow yoga led by Jaguar High Priestess
9:45-10:15am: Tea ceremony led by The Den
10:15-10:30: Guided breathwork led by The Den
10:30-11am: Sound bath led by The Den
Tarot reading from 9:45-11 by Jaguar High Priestess.
IV drips and B12 shots will be available from 9-11 until supplies last courtesy of Gorg! Wellness & Aesthetics.
Austin Massage Company will be offering chair massages from 9-11.
The first 25 people will receive a complimentary take.care wellness kit, full of goodies to keep you feeling healthy, on or off the road.
