Join the DC Chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (DCNOMA) for the second annual Blueprints & Brushstrokes II, an immersive fundraising exhibition celebrating the intersection of architecture, art, and community.

Presented during DC Art All Night, this one-of-a-kind experience features an art exhibition curated by Artbae, where nationally recognized architectural projects are paired with contemporary artists to transform design into immersive installations. Together, architecture and art create powerful experiences that invite guests to engage with the built environment in entirely new ways.

This year's exhibition showcases 12 professional architectural projects alongside 4 student projects representing the Washington region's four NOMAS chapters—Howard University, the University of Maryland, the Catholic University of America, and the University of the District of Columbia—highlighting both established firms and the next generation of design leaders.

Throughout the evening, explore installations inspired by themes including climate resilience, cultural preservation, public space, housing, environmental justice, community belonging, and social impact, while connecting with the architects, artists, and creative professionals behind the work.

Your experience includes:

Immersive architecture and art installations curated by Artbae
12 Professional Architectural Projects
4 Student Exhibitions from the region's four NOMAS schools
Live DJ & Entertainment
Local Food Trucks
Cocktails & Beverages
Networking with architects, artists, designers, developers, students, and community leaders

🎟️ VIP Experience: Includes two complimentary drink tickets, one food truck voucher, priority check-in, and exclusive entry into the Blueprints & Brushstrokes Art Raffle for a chance to win an original artwork donated by one of this year's participating artists.

Proceeds from the event directly support DCNOMA Scholarships, helping remove financial barriers for students and emerging professionals pursuing careers in architecture and design.

Whether you're an architect, artist, student, creative professional, or simply someone who appreciates innovative design and meaningful cultural experiences, Blueprints & Brushstrokes II offers an unforgettable evening where architecture becomes art.
