Look at Us Now, Class of '94!

Who would've thought the same folks walking the halls of West Charlotte, hanging out on Senior Drive, passing notes in class, and making weekend plans would be getting together to celebrate turning 50?

But here we are. And we've got a whole lot to celebrate.

We came up in the 80s, found our rhythm in the 90s, stepped into adulthood in the 2000s, and have been figuring life out ever since.

We've raised children, built careers, changed directions, loved, lost, started over, and learned a few things along the way. Some of us have stayed close. Some of us haven't seen each other in decades. But there's something about being around people who remember you before life got so complicated.

On November 21, we're getting together to celebrate all of it.

Not for a formal reunion. Not to impress anybody. Just to enjoy ourselves, laugh until our sides hurt, catch up with old friends, and celebrate the blessing of making it to 50.

And You Know We're Going to Laugh!

Our very own Leah Lynn is bringing a special comedy show that's all about US.

From growing up in the 80s and 90s to navigating adulthood in the 2000s, Leah is taking us through the music, memories, foolishness, and everyday experiences that shaped our generation.

Remember when you had to be home before the streetlights came on? When somebody's mama could discipline everybody on the block? When you actually had to memorize somebody's phone number?

And now? We're comparing reading glasses, talking about what hurts when we get up, and trying to remember why we walked into the kitchen.

Life comes at you fast!

It's going to be one of those nights where you laugh because you remember — and laugh even harder because it's true.

The Birthday Party

We're taking over Sip City for an evening of good music, good people, good laughs, and some much-needed grown-folks fun.

Here's what's happening:

A special comedy show featuring our classmate Leah Lynn
Music that brings back memories
Plenty of time to catch up, reconnect, and celebrate
A food truck onsite with food available for purchase
A cash bar with drinks available for purchase

Admission is $25 per person, including the comedy show. Food and drinks are sold separately.

Class of '94, This One's for Us.

We don't all have the same stories, but we share a chapter that nobody else can quite understand the way we do.

And while life has taken us in different directions, for one night we get to come back together — not as the teenagers we were, but as the grown folks we've become.

Bring your memories, your laughter, your best stories, and yourself.

Because after all these years, one thing hasn't changed:

Once a Lion, Always a Lion.
