Our ancestors leave subtle imprints within us. Their stories, patterns, strengths, and memories often live quietly in the body and energy field, influencing how we move through life without us ever realizing it. This workshop offers an introduction to ancestral lineage work through awareness rather than emotional excavation or deep karmic healing.

We will explore the 10th chakra as a doorway into ancestral memory and learn how lineage impressions show up in the subtle body. Through guided meditation and somatic resourcing, you will be invited to gently notice any ancestral stories or themes that arise, without pressure to change or fix anything. This is a space for listening, witnessing, and meeting your lineage with compassion and sovereignty.

You will also connect with supportive golden ancestors, allies who hold healing, wisdom, and guidance for your path. Their presence can help bring clarity, grounding, and subtle integration without overwhelming the nervous system.

This offering is meant to bring light awareness to the stories we carry, and to help you understand your lineage with more clarity, gentleness, and inner spaciousness.

This is not about fixing the past. It is about acknowledging what was inherited, releasing what is not yours to carry, and integrating the wisdom that is ready to return. As the threads soften and unwind, the body begins to relax, the heart becomes more open, and the soul feels more resourced to walk forward with clarity.

This journey invites you to honor your lineage while reclaiming your sovereignty. You will leave with a deeper understanding of where certain patterns come from and how to continue healing your ancestry through your own embodiment.

In This Workshop, You Will:

• Learn about the 10th chakra and how ancestral memory, karmic imprints, and lineage stories live in the energetic field

• Access your own 10th chakra through a guided clairvoyant journey and discover the ancestral patterns your body has been holding

• Work with your golden ancestors and/or spiritual allies to release inherited stories with love, safety, and reverence

• Re-integrate healed lineage threads into the body, allowing new space for clarity, empowerment, and emotional freedom
