Connection Catalysts is an opportunity to mix and mingle with prominent voices in the creative and entertainment industries, highlighted by a panel discussion on utilizing technology to boost networking outcomes and building sustainable and fruitful business relationships with collaborators.

We're thrilled to welcome Colin Rocker, Dreyson Lozano, Taylor Elajas, and Krista B as panel members for our event, all movers and shakers making waves in their respective spaces:

Colin Rocker: Career-focused content creator, speaker, and consultant (@careercolin) based in New York City. With a strong social media presence of 400k+ across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, his content resonates widely due to his authenticity and focus on providing tools and strategies for career growth, especially for the unique workplace challenges faced by first-gen professionals. In addition to his content, he is a keynote speaker and collaborator with brands in B2B influencer marketing and early career success.

Dreyson Lozano: Founder focused on artist development and publishing at Equilibrio Creative where he is actively involved in scouting, creative direction, collaborative brand placements, synchronization deals, and curation / management of music catalogs. Prior to his role at Equilibrio Creative, Dreyson was an A&R Director at EP Entertainment / Capital Records (a subsidiary of Universal Music Group) where he was involved in all stages of artist development, from building catalogs, to securing record deals and investors, to managing marketing and distribution.

Taylor Elajas: Creator and consultant based out of New York (@taylorelajas), who's worked with brands such as Times Square, Audiomack, Amazon Music, Activision, Roku, Belaire, Empanada Mama, Capcut, & more. His EBN branded content via entertainment network EBNTV (@ebntv), which Roku distributes, has racked up over 30 million views across all social platforms. The multi-faceted creative has amassed a following and monetized his place in various content genres including music, sports, fashion, and, most notably, food (@ebneats).

Krista B: Digital content producer for WBLS, where she is responsible for creating social media/editorial content and writing entertainment, worldly, and music news on WBLS.com. Krista is also a producer and host for WBLS’ podcast “Rhythm & Views” and “The Rewind”. In addition, she launched her own podcast called, “Those Wrestling Girls” in 2018 which she hosts along with her co-host, Queen P.R. with a focus on spotlighting women’s wrestling. As means to give back to her community and when away from WBLS, Krista also hosts creative showcase and non-profit events in NYC to uplift those in her networks.

No need to worry about being hungry if you're coming from work! Complementary refreshments and snacks will be served during the event for all of our attendees.

But that's not all we have going on. Emerging Frameworks will be conducting on-site media interviews for brands and talents looking to share their stories and engage with new audiences online.

2025 is your year to shine and we can't wait to support you on your networking and brand journeys!
