DAY TRILL is a festival series produced by Providence-based events and creative agency, **stay silent** and creative entrepreneurship non-profit, **Trade Pop-Up**. Since the summer of 2013, DAY TRILL has brought together people for a day of national + regional DJ sets, art activations, food trucks, good dranks + variety of games.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How old do you have to be to attend DAY TRILL? This event is 21+
- What time do doors open? Doors will be opening at 4pm.
- What time do doors close? Doors to the venue will be closing at 8pm. If you arrive after 8pm, you will not be allowed to enter the venue. Ticket refunds will not be issued for those who don't make it into the venue prior to doors closing.
- Can I buy a ticket at the door? Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance from stay silent. Tickets purchased outside of our Eventbrite and/or pop-up shops are invalid and will not be honored.
- Do I have to print out my ticket? No, you don't have to print your ticket. However, we highly suggest that you download the POSH app so you have your ticket on your phone. Be prepared to show your ticket at the door, whether printed or on your phone as a PDF.
- Can I return my ticket? No, tickets are non-refundable.
- Can I buy more than one ticket? Yes, but the ticket must match the name of the person using it at the event.
- Can I transfer to someone else? Yes, tickets are transferable within the POSH app. Name on the ticket must match the ticket holder's ID. More information on how to transfer tickets here: https://support.posh.vip/en/articles/10723763-how-to-transfer-tickets
- Is there a dress code? No, come as you are. Wear what you want. We always love a good DAY TRILL fit.
- Can I bring my own food and liquor? No, outside food and beverages are not allowed into the venue. We will have food vendors and bars inside that will accept cash and/or credit card.
- Can I bring my own camera to take pictures? No, outside professional cameras are not permitted into the venue.
- What happens if it rains? DAY TRILL is rain or shine. In the event that it rains, please dress accordingly. In the case of extreme weather, updates will be sent to ticket holders via e-mail.
