What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The show must go on Rain or Shine!

What is your policy on bringing cameras to the event?

Patrons are allowed to bring cameras but not permitted to bring professional cameras with any large/ detachable lenses, tripods, or selfie sticks. If you wish to bring those things, you will need to contact us to request a media pass which is subject to the approval.

Can we bring folding chairs?

No chairs allowed.

Are there ATMs on site?

No ATMs will be onsite. Card payments will be accepted but we recommend bringing cash as well.

What if I never received a confirmation email with my tickets?

First check your spam/junk to ensure it is not there. Please contact us after and a member of our team will be able to locate your ticket through our database with your first/ last name and email used when purchasing.

Will I be searched?

All Bags are subject to thorough searches, so save yourself time by packing just what you need/whats allowed.

Can I bring food/drinks to the festival?

We do not permit any outside beverages, coolers, bottles, cans, thermoses or containers.

Is there re-entry?

No. Once your ticket is scanned there is no re-entry
