ELEVATE: A Rooftop Social Experience

Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate 10 years of dedication, leadership, and excellence at M&T Bank with an elevated rooftop experience overlooking the Baltimore skyline. Enjoy an evening filled with great people, exceptional energy, and meaningful connections.

This isn't just a celebration, it's a milestone.

Over the past decade, the journey has been about far more than professional success. It has been about building community through leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship, hospitality, and creating opportunities that positively impact others. This evening is a celebration of that journey and of everyone who has supported the vision along the way.

Celebrating with Purpose:

As we celebrate this personal and professional milestone, we also invite you to celebrate by investing in causes that have helped shape my journey and continue to impact our communities.

Guests and supporters are encouraged to make a donation (tax deductible) of any amount to one or more of the following initiatives (see link for more information):

The Byron Smith STEAM Scholarship Fund at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) — Supporting future students through educational opportunities and scholarships. (https://fundraise.givesmart.com/form/ttKoEw?vid=1rl0tn)

March of Dimes – March for Babies — Helping improve the health of mothers and babies while supporting lifesaving research and family programs. (https://www.marchforbabies.org/4ondjcb)

Pure Potential Enterprises, Inc. {PPE, Inc.} - empowers underserved communities by providing college and career development, mentorship, and leadership training. Their mission is to close the wealth gap, creating pathways to success for talented scholars and future leaders. (https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/organizations/pure-potential-enterprises-inc)

Dance Makers Inc. — Empowering youth through dance, leadership, education, and community engagement. (https://mydancemakers.com/)

Every contribution—large or small—helps create opportunities, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting legacy. If you're unable to attend, you can still celebrate this milestone by making a donation to one of these organizations.

In addition, a portion of event proceeds will support these charitable initiatives and youth-focused programs throughout Baltimore City, Howard County, and Prince George's County.

Together, let's celebrate success by giving back.
