9:00 AM Yoga & Calisthenics Movement Portion
- Dive into the heart of the Movement portion with a guided Yoga session and a Calisthenics session led by a Certified Trainer.
9:30 AM-12:00 PM Restore & Revitalize Nourish & Thrive Portion
- Transitioning to the Nourish and Thrive portions, we will roll up our mats and explore superfoods, nourishing beverages, and other treats that will restore your balance and vitality. Our Thrive segment brings you the ultimate wellness experience with a dry sauna and two ice baths to rejuvenate every part of you!
