Move. Groove. Connect.

Please join us on Saturday, October 10th at The Garden by Charles Towne Fermentory for our fall event: FCTRY. GROOVE - a quarterly community-driven wellness event full of movement, contrast therapy, and house music.

The day begins with a 4 mile sunrise run led by Washed Up Coffee Club, followed by a fun pilates-barre fusion class led by Franny Radeka of The Sweat Sanctuary, and ends with an after party complete contrast therapy provided by Mobile Sauna in Charleston, Nordic Wave, and music by Jack Callahan of Grooving Violation.
