Flow & Social brings together two signature yoga experiences, live music, local wellness brands and an afternoon social designed to help you recharge before the week ahead.

Whether you're joining us for yoga, browsing the vendor marketplace or simply coming to enjoy the music and community, this is your invitation to slow down, connect and move with intention.

What to Expect

🧘🏾‍♀️ R&B Yoga | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

🎧 Live DJ Set | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (will be in both classes)

🛍️ Local wellness vendors & curated shopping

💆🏾 Wellness activations throughout the afternoon

☕ Coffee, cocktails & brunch available from The Morrow Hotel

Whether you're flowing on the mat or simply stopping by to enjoy the atmosphere, you'll find a space designed for movement, community and good energy.

Arrival & Check-In

Doors open at 9:30 AM for check-in.

If you're attending the 10:00 AM Trap Yoga session, we encourage you to arrive early to get checked in, set up your mat and settle into the space before class begins.

Doors for the first session will close promptly at 10:15 AM. To preserve the experience for instructors and participants, guests arriving after 10:15 AM will not be admitted to the Trap Yoga class.

Please plan accordingly—we'd love for you to enjoy the full experience from the very beginning.

Please Note

Yoga classes begin promptly at their scheduled times. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
Space for each class is limited.
Photography and videography will be taking place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being captured for future promotional use.
All tickets are final sale and subject to venue capacity.
