By purchasing a ticket from Not Just a Smile, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Tickets are DONATIONS
To help us on our mission of creating access to therapy for ALL, a portion of all ticket sales go toward Grounded, our 1:1 therapy grant program. Note: we leave ticket options open in the beginning of sales; you get to choose how your dollars support us.
Ticket Sales are Final
All ticket sales are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, personal circumstances, or scheduling changes.
Event Will Proceed Regardless of Weather
The event will take place as scheduled, rain or shine, unless there are safety concerns communicated by the organizers. In the case of weather-related changes, updates will be provided promptly.
21+ Age Restriction
Attendees must be 21 years or older to attend the event and to purchase or consume alcohol. A valid government-issued ID is required for verification.
Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Not Just a Smile, its partners, and affiliates are not liable for any such occurrences.

For the People, by the People (FTPBTP) is a party series created by Not Just A Smile as a space to to vibe, dance, and find a community of like minded individuals interested in cultivating strong connections with the people around them. FTPBTP operates through a "pay what you can" ticket system where tickets range from $5-$15. A portion of all proceeds go toward an emergency fund to cover the cost of mental health
