There is something we are always in relationship with - rhythm, breath, sound, the subtle frequencies moving through the body before they are ever named.

Frequency is not just something we hear. It is something we feel.

The pace of the breath.
The rhythm of the heart.
The vibration moving through the nervous system before there is language for it.

This experience is an invitation to enter into relationship with that. To notice how sound and movement continuously shape one another. As music moves, the body responds. As the body softens, the way we receive sound changes too.

It becomes less of a performance and more of a conversation.

Held beneath the trees at sunset in Pease Park, Frequency weaves together live DJ-guided soundscapes, meditation, embodiment, intuitive movement, ritual, sound healing, and collective presence in an immersive outdoor experience designed to support expression, connection, release, and nervous system restoration.

Kiana creates a live evolving sonic landscape throughout the evening while Sonali guides grounding meditation, visualization, intuitive movement, embodied flow, and immersive sound healing.

The evening moves through elemental soundscapes and nervous system-centered facilitation while leaving room for freedom, instinct, rest, movement, and honest expression.

There is no right way to experience this.

You may move wildly.
You may dance.
You may stretch slowly.
You may rest on the earth and simply listen.

All of it belongs.

The environment itself becomes part of the experience — the rhythm of the land, the changing sky, the movement of air through the trees, the presence of community gathering together in real time.

Small ritual elements will be woven throughout the evening along with space for grounding, reflection, and connection before and after the immersive experience.

Vendor offerings may also be available before and after the event.

An invitation to arrive exactly as you are, soften out of performance, and allow yourself to be moved.
