Join @Samdoespilates for Happy Hour On The Mat, a live virtual group mat class rooted in traditional Pilates movements with a contemporary twist. Designed for movers looking to deepen their practice from home.

Expect a thoughtful, challenging practice that allows you to explore Pilates beyond simply following along with a workout.

This class is best suited for those who:

Enjoy movement and have some experience with Pilates, dance, fitness, or another movement practice.
Prefer low-impact, not sculpt or fitness fusion classes.
Can participate safely without severe or acute injuries or medical conditions that would make group exercise unsuitable. If you need individualized support or are managing an injury, consider booking a private session.

You don't need to be an advanced Pilates practitioner, but some movement experience is recommended.

What to expect:

45 minutes of full-body Pilates
Low music so you can hear and follow instructions.
Personalized attention: Instructor will demonstrate exercises as needed while primarily observing participants, offering corrections, and providing feedback throughout the class.

What do you need?

A Pilates or exercise mat
A quiet space with enough room to move comfortably
A stable internet connection

Optional props: Magic Circle (Pilates ring) or small Pilates ball.
