Heart of the Fourth Music & Arts Festival

The Heart of the Fourth Music & Arts Festival is an annual community celebration that brings together families, neighbors, local businesses, artists, musicians, and organizations for a full day of culture, entertainment, and unity. Held at Dewees Park in the heart of Northeast Baltimore, the festival celebrates the strength and diversity of our community through music, art, food, and family-friendly experiences.

Designed for all ages, the festival features live performances by local and nationally recognized artists, DJs, visual artists, cultural performances, community vendors, food vendors, youth activities, children's entertainment, health and wellness resources, and interactive experiences that promote community engagement.

The Heart of the Fourth Festival is more than an event—it's a movement dedicated to bringing people together, supporting small businesses, showcasing local talent, and creating positive opportunities for residents throughout Baltimore. By fostering partnerships with community organizations, elected officials, artists, and entrepreneurs, the festival strengthens neighborhood pride while encouraging economic growth and cultural appreciation.

Whether you're coming for the music, the food, the art, or simply to spend time with family and friends, the Heart of the Fourth Festival offers something for everyone in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
