Forget the pressure of networking events and the intimidation of traditional fitness classes.

HIIT & Happy Hour is all about moving together, then hanging out together.

Join Two Locals and MUUVE founder Jamerah ("Jam") for a fun, beginner-friendly 45-minute HIIT workout designed for every fitness level. Whether you're just getting started or looking for a new way to stay active, you'll leave feeling energized—not defeated.

After class, stick around for Caribbean Fridays at The Lawn, where the music keeps going and Happy Hour is just getting started. Grab a drink, meet someone new, and enjoy one of West Philly's favorite outdoor gathering spaces.

As a special bonus, everyone who RSVPs will receive a refreshing sample of our Coconut Refresher, created in partnership with Little Palm, to help you cool down and rehydrate after class.

Come solo.
Come with friends.
Just come ready to move.
