INSPIRIT /ĭn-spĭr′ĭt/ (transitive verb): to animate the heart of one another; to fill with a fierce, untamable audacity to be authentic and free.

🌬️—A workout experience rooted in connection to our ancestral dignities and power. Here we center in the reclamation of strength training as a healing art that can fortify our spirits, bodies and movements.

Join sól gonzalez-jatar, Juli Santoyo, DJ Mez.Wav and Foxglove Terrace for a sweet midday strength-based workout celebrating the vibrancy and sacredness inherent to us all while cultivating a deeper sense of attunement to our own bodies and each other.

We invite you to co-create with us a culture that promotes healing to the harmful impacts that white supremacy, fatphobia, and ableism place on our bodies. Come kick it with us as we cultivate the pleasure-forward, joy-centered, liberating workout spaces we deserveeee!

No pretense, just presence.

🌟Feel free to pop out dressed and adorned in whatever makes you feel free, dignified, and in your power. Bring layers! We will be outdoors moving from being still to getting sweaty 💦

🔑 Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle!
