Get ready, Pennsylvania… this isn’t just an event, it’s a chapter being written in real time.

For the first time ever, League of United Latin American Citizens is stepping into a new era as Pennsylvania establishes its own statehood within the movement, and you’re invited to be part of the moment that sets the tone for everything to come.

This inaugural annual convening is where cultura meets civic power. Where cafecito fuels conversation, data turns into action, and comunidad becomes a force you can actually feel in the room. We’re bringing together leaders, creatives, advocates, and future changemakers to both educate and celebrate what it means to be Latino in Pennsylvania right now.

Why this matters
This gathering will spotlight both the progress we’ve made and the disparities we still face across Philadelphia and the state. But more importantly, it’s about what we do next. Together.

Expect a dynamic experience where you can:

• Connect with a powerful network of Latino leaders and allies
• Be among the first to experience the official Latino data dashboard release
• Learn about and shape LULAC’s policy priorities for the year ahead
• Register to vote or check your status on-site
• Help build the future by welcoming the next generation into the movement

This is bigger than an event
We’re calling on our community to show up strong as we aim to:
• Reach 100+ attendees
• Deepen connections across our existing network
• Create a space where young voices feel seen, heard, and guided

What the day will feel like
The morning opens softly with coffee and poetry, setting the tone with culture and reflection before moving into powerful remarks from leadership and local officials. From there, we dive into a high-impact presentation of community data, followed by a thought-provoking panel discussion that brings those numbers to life.

By midday, the energy shifts into connection and collaboration with a luncheon and workshops designed for both youth and community members, giving everyone a seat at the table.

And then… we celebrate!
We close the day with a live plena band to celebrate in music and dance, because resistance and progress deserve rhythm too.

This is where policy meets passion.
Where Philly’s Latino community doesn’t just gather… we activate.

Then come join us for a Happy Hour recap afterwards. Details will be sent to all RSVPs.
