A Community Wellness Gathering for Reflection, Connection & Release

Take a break from the noise and give yourself permission to simply be.

Let It Out is a community wellness gathering created to provide a safe, judgment-free space for healing, connection, creativity, and authentic conversation. Whether you’ve been carrying stress, grief, joy, uncertainty, or simply need time to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves, nature, and one another through mindful practices and intentional community.

During our gathering, we’ll experience:

Grounding in nature
Guided mindfulness and reflection
Creative self-expression
Guided group discussion (sharing is always optional)
A restorative sound bath to encourage relaxation, balance, and inner peace

There is no pressure to speak or share. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you: listening, journaling, creating, reflecting, or simply enjoying the moment.

What to Bring

Water
Snacks or a light lunch
Yoga mat, blanket, or cushion
Comfortable clothing
Sunscreen and bug spray (recommended)
An open heart
