Join Karley Wasaff, Bespoke Physical Therapy, and Grind House Manhattan, for a FREE community Move & Mobilize workshop on Monday, August 31 at 7 PM, where you'll experience Karley's signature Move & Mobilize method as we explore pelvic control, mobility, strength, and body awareness through simple, practical movement strategies designed to help you build an active, mobile, and pain-free lifestyle.

Kinetics with Karley's Move & Mobilize method is an integration of Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), yoga, dance technique, and strength training that creates a practical, sustainable approach to movement rooted in biomechanics.

Throughout the workshop, we'll move through Karley's Move & Mobilize class while the Bespoke Physical Therapy team provides movement consultations, self-mobilization techniques, and individualized recommendations—helping you better understand your unique movement patterns and apply what you're learning to your own body.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, training toward a goal, or simply looking to move and feel better, you'll leave with practical tools you can use long after the workshop.

✨ FREE community event. Everyone is welcome—Entry is by approved RSVP only.
