The intention of this event is to welcome in the new year by acknowledging your past achievements, growth, and lessons, and setting goals to plan and prep for a new year filled with growth, evolution, and alignment. We are basking in the winter season which is a time to restore, slow down, and recenter for the warmer and faster months to come. We welcome in the energy of letting go of what is no longer serving us, releasing the old just as nature does, and hibernating to be reborn as a better version of ourselves.

We will flow through a magical day of letting go, manifesting, goal setting, deep self reflection, connection, healing, basking in nature hosted by Trauma Informed Life Coach, Intuitive Healer, Yoga Instructor & host of the Path to Alignment Podcast , Nataly aka Hungry Yogi.

This is the New Moon in Capricorn which symbolizes new beginnings and determination to be disciplined and persistent with the goals ahead! Through this New Moon we tap into lunar powers to help release what no longer serves you through a process of clearing and releasing and intentionally create a pathhway for new beginnings. We welcome in a new cycle of the moon, a new season, a new year, and a new cycle in our lives. This is a beautiful time to cleanse and recharge your soul!

I want you to know that the money spent to book the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center goes directly to support the mission of the nature center which is to provide education about the natural environment to people of all ages. Also, to protect and enhance the Arboretum as a haven and as a sanctuary for native plants and animals. The Houston Arboretum & Nature Center is NOT a City of Houston park and is not funded by the city tax dollars, therefore my investment goes straight to fund the park! :)
