Join us for a sexy evening of burlesque and GoGo education at the iconic queer den Madame X in New York City—every Sunday from 6–8 PM! This is your sign to let loose, explore embodiment, and embrace your confidence. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, this open-level class is crafted for all levels of experience.

This weekly training is community-rooted and crafted for dancers & non-dancers alike looking to refine their technique, build performance stamina, and explore stage presence through sensuality, precision, and play. Whether you’re stepping into your power for the first time or sharpening your shine—this space is for you.

✨ Modifications are always accommodated. Show up as you are. This is a space where all bodies, boundaries, and backgrounds are respected. We use gender-affirming language, offer standing, seated, or floor-based options, and keep things flexible so you can move at your own pace. Sometimes we’ll offer modifications right away, and other times you might have to ask—and that’s totally welcome here. Water breaks are always a yes. Taking it easy is never judged. Just show up as you are—we’ve got you.✨

Karley Wasaff (they/them) is a movement artist and educator based in NYC and the founder of Kinetics with Karley, a non-profit offering immersive nightlife classes that blend somatics and radical care to shape change through movement and celebrate body autonomy. With 9+ years as a Master Fitness Professional & Performer, Karley fuses functional fitness & freestyle foundations to build GoGo technique that’s fierce, freeing, and grounded in radical care. Nina Divina (she/her) is a professional burlesque performer and producer of Haus of Muse, with shows all over the city and a standing late-night residency at Madame X. Nina brings her burlesque brilliance and teaching chops to help you explore what sensuality means to you in a world that often punishes femme power. This class isn’t about “getting it right.” It’s about reclaiming your sensual self. You’ll learn burly basics, performance cues, and a short piece of choreography while exploring the truth that your confidence has always lived within you.
