Join Mutual Feelings SF for our second Outdoor Yoga + Sound Bath Experience, a rejuvenating wellness event designed to help you unwind, reset, and connect with your inner peace in the beautiful Robin Williams Meadow at Golden Gate Park. This event is specifically curated for Black women to come together, share a collective space of tranquility, and celebrate self-care.

**Event Schedule

30-Minute Beginners Yoga Class led by Shakira Scott (@YourLocalYogaDealer) 9:30 - 10:00 AM

Shakira will guide you through a gentle and invigorating yoga session that combines movement, breathwork, and guided meditation. This class is designed for beginners, ensuring that everyone can participate and find their flow. Shakira's inclusive approach and soothing presence will help you connect with your body and mind, promoting inner peace and balance.

20-Minute Sound Bath led by Hannah Siddiqui of (@theroadtohannah) 10:10 - 10:30 AM

Following the yoga session, immerse yourself in a tranquil 20-minute sound bath led by the talented Hannah Siddiqui. The sound bath will feature a medley of calming sounds, designed to soothe your mind and body, release stress, and promote deep relaxation.

**Yoga + Sound Bath sessions will start promptly on time. Please arrive on time to attend.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat or blanket, Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga + relaxation, Water bottle, Towel, a Light Jacket (in case Karl the fog rolls in) and an open heart and mind ✧˖°
