Project 91 invites you to welcome in 2023 at our New Years Eve event, Saturday, December 31st in Lower Manhattan.

This year, we are hosting at an amazing new venue, “Pearl Alley” situated directly under Pier 17 in Seaport on the water, featuring stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and East River.

The event will feature a 5-hour open bar along with passed hors d'oeuvres, along with a complimentary coat check and 2 experiential photo booths to capture the night.

What is the space like? The venue is situated on the ground floor, feet away from the water. Inside you’ll find the dance floor + DJ booth situated in the middle of everything, tying everyone together for intimate vibes. There are two separate bars, as well as outdoor space for you to step outside for a smoke or breath of fresh air on the water. If you are looking for something more chill, you will also have access to a speakeasy on the rooftop of Pier 17.

What are the vibes/music? We have an all star lineup of DJ’s for the evening. 5, count em, 5 different DJ’s for the night. We have DEVAULT headlining the night, along with 4 NYC artists. Music will range from house, tech house, disco house, melodic house. Generally, will be uplifting house music vibes all evening!

What should I wear? We consider the atmosphere for this NYE event a hybrid of club & hotel vibes. We encourage everyone to dress up slightly, but no need to over do it. Vibes will be classy, but will get rowdy : )

This table reservation includes entry for 10 guests. This includes 4 bottles- choice of vodka/tequila, + 2 bottles of champagne. This $2,500 price will be taken in full upon purchase. GRATUITY NOT INCLUDED. Mixers/water also included. You will have a dedicated premium seating area near the DJ. Also access to open bar 9pm-2am.
