We are delighted to announce that on the 25th of February the 44 residents will lock Chinatown down along with special guest Pedro Borlado. Strap in for a tech-house thriller with the local magicians. Tickets are on sale; you know what to do.

Hailing from England, BAXTER (Piers Baxter Ellis) is a veteran P44 resident and has played a monumental role in our development. Formerly known as DJ Pierre, BAXTER has made claim to the 44 decks since 2019, amassing an impressive arsenal of bookings across the US and the UK over the years. BAXTER is constantly diversifying his library, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of house music on a wide spectrum of subgenres. Piers' adaptive sound brings about a special chemistry amongst the crew, always providing quality tunes.

Recent arrival IAN SINKOWITZ has made a made a monumental impact to Province44, with energy and enthusiasm that goes far beyond the music. Inspired by the best labels in tech-house, such as Hot Creations, Solid Grooves and Cuttin’ Headz, Ian reliably plays the hottest sounds in the scene. With a remarkable appetite for crate digs and deep cuts, Ian combines his chart-topping tunes with support for up-and-coming artists around the world. Ian has blessed not only our city of Boston, but also his hometown of LA with events by Des Nocturne, an LA-based collective with a prosperous future.

Since LUCA's arrival to the residency, 44 has never felt so alive. Born and raised in San Francisco, resident Lucas Laughlin brings both a distinctive taste and a recognizably technical style of mixing. Taking inspiration from tech-house giants FLOW, Defected, and Circoloco, LUCA delivers a sound and style reflective of your favorite parties across the globe. From San Francisco rooftops to the shores of Miami, to the best nightclubs in Boston, LUCA radiates confidence behind the decks, where his energy shines most. If you’re hearing LUCA play, chances are you're doing so with a smile on your face.

We are delighted to announce the special guest of this dazzling lineup, Pedro Borlado. From Los Angeles California, Pedro has recently been on the rise with his productions being played nationwide by the likes of Wheatsdj, The Martinez Brothers, Late Delivery and more. We will see a special kind of chemistry on the 25th with Ian Sinkowitz and Pedro, going way back as they founded their project Des Nocturne, a local house collective in Los Angeles. Pedro has taken on an elusive tech house sound himself. This combined with his energy and presence will make for a groovy night Chinatown.
