You spend 40+ hours a week solving problems at work. When was the last time you had space to think about what you need?

You’re making decisions, managing competing priorities, navigating relationships, thinking about what’s next in your career, and trying to keep the rest of your life moving too.

Sometimes you don’t need another career panel or networking event. You need space to release some stress, work through what’s weighing on you, and get support with what comes next.

That’s Reset & Realign.

We’re bringing professionals together for a 3-hour career + wellness experience where we’ll release, reflect, and resource our way through what’s been weighing on us.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Mat Pilates with Certified Pilates Instructor Quay Sessoms to release stress and tension

• What's In Your Bag? An interactive exercise with ICF Certified Executive Coach & Founder of no cream in this coffee, Shanae Brown, where you'll identify what’s taking up your bandwidth and what needs your attention to move forward

• Resource Exchange to tap into the collective brilliance, resources, and recommendations in the room

• Sound Healing to slow down, rest, and restore
