CATALYST DNB + SONUS MUSIC BRING YOU…

RESPECT DNB LA to the ATX!!

w/ WEST COAST DNB LEGENDS from one of the USA’s longest running drum n bass weekly events in LA - RESPECTDNB:

MACHETE + SCOOBA + CLUTCH

MC QUESTION MARK

For over two decades, RESPECT Drum & Bass has stood as one of the cornerstones of North American drum & bass culture. What began in Los Angeles in 1999 grew into one of the longest-running and most influential weekly DnB events in the United States, helping shape generations of junglists while bringing together legendary international artists and the local underground under one roof.

This September, Austin has the opportunity to welcome some of the crew that helped build that legacy.

Machete, Scooba, and Clutch—founding members of the legendary Junglist Platoon and longtime RESPECT residents—have spent decades representing every side of drum & bass, from classic jungle roots to modern dancefloor pressure. Their dedication to the culture has made RESPECT a destination recognized far beyond Southern California and a respected institution within the global DnB community.

Joining them on the mic is MC Question Mark, whose unmistakable energy and crowd control have become a familiar presence alongside countless West Coast drum & bass events, bringing the vocal element that has always been part of authentic jungle and DnB culture.

Whether you’ve followed RESPECT since the early days or you’re experiencing these artists for the first time, this is more than just another lineup—it’s a chance to witness a group of artists whose passion and commitment have helped shape & keep underground drum & bass thriving for over 25 years.

Austin, get ready. September is about to welcome a true piece of drum & bass history.
