Hosted by breathwork powerhouse, JJ Ruescas, this deed healing breathwork session will take you on a visceral journey fueled purely by lungs and oxygen, setting the tone of your decompression experience for the rest of the day.

04:00 PM - The Art of Lucid Dreaming & Discussion
Led and Moderated by Martín Martinez—a lifelong lucid dreamer—this workshop will guide first timers and casual dreamers alike through the journey of (re)discovering the power of dreams in a practical and hands-on workshop that will leave you with the tools needed to explore at depths you have yet to imagine. After the workshop, Martín will sit down with Psychotherapist Michael Ebbinghaus, in a thoughtful discussion on how can apply practical techniques to decode the hidden messages beneath our dreams

WORKSHOP #1: Shadows & Light: Designing your Energetic Algorithm (A moodboarding workshop)
Hosted by Megan Swinford (@jaguarhighpriestess), this workshop will allow you to tap into your creative mind using symbolism and writing to activate your most integrated self and anchor your energetic truth. Collages serve as bridges between the intuitive realms and physical world, so whether you’re processing your most recent Burning Man experience or just swimming in the seas of your spiritual journey, this session teaches you how to visualize your future and embody the profound while keeping your feet on the ground.

WHAT IS PROVIDED PROVIDED: Scissors, pens, cardstock, glue, cardstock, starter moodboard magazines

OPTIONAL FOR YOU TO BRING: Personal Journal and art supplies for your moodboard

WORKSHOP #2: Pop Magic Realism: Relax Through an Art Style of Symbols and Colors
Hosted by Katy Ward (@katy__ward / @vidiparlor), this workshop will show Katy's paintings and teach you how to choose symbols and colors that represent you. Learn how to draw specific animals and symbols, or doodle on your own to add to a collage made with Megan. This time is about relaxing through drawing, doodling, and coloring, with no pressure to make something "good." Guided drawing sessions will be at 5pm and 6pm.

Provided: paper, pencils, markers, limited paint and paintbrushes.

Bring: your own sketchbook, reference photos for animals or symbols you feel drawn to (Katy recommends Pinterest for these).

WHAT TO BRING: Ticket purchase includes a full day pass to the cold plunge & sauna amenities offered at BATHE. We encourage you to bring a swimsuit, towel, and water bottle. To get the maximum value from our workshops and healing sessions, we recommend you bring a journal, yoga mat / blanket/pillow (fopr breathwork) as well as any creative mediums you might want to utilize during the Creative Arts workshops (basic art supplies will be provided)
