All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for personal schedule changes, failure to attend, late arrival, denied entry resulting from failure to follow event rules or venue policies, or dissatisfaction with the event. Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred to another event unless approved at the sole discretion of Blacc Fire Hospitality or Blacc Fire Entertainment, LLC.

If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive information regarding any available refund, credit, rescheduled date, or other resolution, subject to applicable law and the ticketing platform’s policies.
