A morning panel presented by PR Girl Manifesto at Fabrik Tribeca, hosted as part of the Run the World Expo.

This one is for those building careers in high-performance industries, the ones doing the work, managing the visibility, holding the boundaries, and still figuring out what they actually want. Off The Clock creates space for the conversation that usually happens after the event ends.

What to Expect

A moderated panel that goes where most professional spaces won't. Expect real conversations on:

What "having it all" actually costs, and whether it's worth it
Setting boundaries when your career is also your identity
Redefining ambition on your own terms, not the industry's
How to protect your peace without shrinking your potential
The mental and emotional weight of showing up in high-visibility spaces as a woman
