TLDR: FYR3 is Austin’s first luxe all-day festival, happening June 21st at Bungalow on Rainey, with gold-leaf grilled cheese, caviar bumps, imported marble, mistranslated menus, and whispers of a Drake x Kendrick set (live, allegedly). Guests can win VIP bottle service and a $50 inKind dining credit just by RSVPing —plus a totally maybe real 10,000 sq ft Tarrytown mansion that is spiritually yours but legally Emma Stone’s. Dress like you packed for the Bahamas but landed in purgatory, and prepare to party like it’s all about to fall apart.

on this episode of the housewives…

you said you weren’t going.
not this time. not after that NoSho disaster at super..

but then came the whispers...
“june twenty first.”
“the solstice.”
“something’s happening behind the hedges of a private estate on rainey.”

they said the marble was imported.
they said there would be caviar bumps and couture disaster kits.
they said Drake and Kendrick were doing a set together.
live. allegedly.

and just like that, you're standing in line
beside a woman in a $600 mesh corset
debating whether to trade your last serotonin molecule
for a cocktail called “emotional damage.”

around you:

a wellness tent run by people who’ve never known peace.
a crypto concierge desk with no Wi-Fi manned by a lonely guy named Paul from the Bowie who's in his 50's but still frequents bufords
rose petals falling like it’s a wedding for people who lie on Hinge about "not really being a party girl" while responding from the betty bathroom.

you check your phone.
you check your morals.
both are at 3%.

but you’re here... at FYR3

Austin’s first luxe all-day festival.
june 21st. bungalow.
the most luxurious festival ever created.
ever.

there will be gold-leaf grilled cheese.
there will be mistranslated menus and off-brand french.
there will be moments you question your reality.

and when it all comes crumbling down,
you’ll realize maybe that was the point.
not the hype. not the chaos.
but the surrender.

And in partnership with Housewives Realty and Bungalow, FYR3 is giving one lucky winner:

✨ Full ownership of a 10,000-square-foot Georgian-style tarry town mansion in the heart of Austin*

✨ VIP bottle service at Bungalow on June 21st, during FYR3

✨ Courtesy $50 dinning credit from inKind Hospitality for each entrant. Terms apply.

Previously owned by Emma Stone, this once in a lifetime estate includes creamy marble finishes, herringbone oak floors, a solarium, paneled library, private guesthouse, pool, hot tub, and a screening room with bar.

RSVP for entry details. Winner selected day before the event because at FYR3, we believe in reward without reason.

Disclaimer: The VIP bottle are and credits 100% real. The mansion is 0% yours. Ownership is a mindset. Please do not attempt to put utilities in your name.
