What happens when faith meets the lives we actually live?

On October 31, we're bringing that conversation to the table.

Presented by Sabbath Lunch and hosted by its founder, Christine Nazaire, with guest host Adelle Demesier, President of Bless The Block. This supper closes out October Takeover, a month of service, community and meaningful gathering.

Sabbath Supper: Sacred & Secular is an intimate evening of dinner, connection and honest conversation about faith, culture, conviction and the gray areas in between.

Should Christians celebrate Halloween? What actually makes something “worldly”? When does conviction become judgment? Can faith and modern culture coexist without compromising either?

We're going there.

Not because everyone in the room needs to agree. Not because anyone has all the answers. But because some conversations deserve more than a comment section.

Come as you are. No masks required.

Break bread alongside Christians, faith-curious friends, creatives, community builders and thoughtful people ready to listen, challenge, laugh, reflect and maybe leave seeing something differently.

Expect dinner, provocative conversation, interactive experiences, reflection, prayer, meaningful connection — and a few things we're saving for the room.

And when dinner ends, the night doesn't have to.

Stay for Afterglow — dessert, music, continued conversation and space to mix, mingle and connect.
