____________

Entry

Ticket refunds are available up to 2 days prior to the event. To be clear, the final day to request a refund is at noon on Friday, October 9th. After that deadline, all tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. We do not accept ticket exchanges, transfers, or credits.

If you are unable to attend due to illness, emergency, weather, or travel disruptions, we empathize; however, as a small organization that commits to venues and staffing in advance, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

All Shabbat Club events are application-based and curated. When you apply, your card will receive a pending authorization only. This does not mean you have been approved. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may take up to 7 days (or longer), depending on the event and volume of applicants. Applying early does not guarantee approval.

You will only be charged if and when your application is approved. If you are not approved by the time of the event, the pending hold will be automatically released. You will see a pending charge on your credit card in the meantime.

Due to the volume of applications, we are not always able to individually notify every person who remains on the waitlist. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us.

If you're on the waitlist and no longer wish to be considered, you must notify us before approval. Once approved, your spot is finalized.
