Let's kick off the month the right way with Bricks Run Club for our Sweat & Social Wellness Series!

On Monday, July 6th, we are partnering with Bricks Running Club for a community run through Crystal City. Whether you are new to running or already in your fitness bag, this experience is designed for all levels, with routes ranging from 1 to 5 miles at your own pace.

We’ll meet at 1501 Crystal Drive (on the grass area to the left) before heading out on a scenic route featuring views of Crystal City and iconic D.C. landmarks along the way.

After the run, stay and connect with other like-minded individuals in a relaxed and welcoming environment. This is your opportunity to meet new people, build real connections, and be part of a growing community that values wellness, social connection, and personal growth.
