The 2026 Focus Lab 2.0: Presented by The Focus Room Pershing Hall | Sun, May 17 | 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM CDT

A Life-Planning Experience to Turn Clarity into Commitment. Where goals stop being wishes and start being non-negotiable.

Most people are not failing because they lack ambition.

They are failing because they lack structure. Because excuses keep winning. Because motivation comes and goes but a real plan never gets built.

The 2026 Focus Lab 2.0 is here to change that.

This is a live, in-person working session at Pershing Hall in Austin. You will do the actual work, in the room, with a coach, and walk out with something you can execute immediately.

If you have felt busy but not fully aligned, this room is for you.

What Happens Inside the Room

The day opens with the Formula for Success: a clear, five-step plan that works for any goal, any person, any situation. Follow it and you will always be successful. That is not a claim. That is just how it works.

So why do so many people still fall short?

That is the real question. And the answer is excuses.

Not laziness. Not lack of talent. Excuses. The stories we tell ourselves that feel completely justified in the moment and quietly kill our progress over time. Every excuse you have ever made can be traced back to one of five root categories. We will show you exactly what those are, why they keep showing up, and how to shut them down every single time so the Formula for Success can actually do what it is supposed to do.

Then we get to work.

Breakout sessions. Networking. Real one-on-one coaching opportunities with Jarred and other coaches on site. You will get real clarity on your goals, real perspective on what is holding you back, and real strategies to move forward.

By the end of the day, you will build a concrete weekly plan you can start executing the moment you walk out the door. Not a rough idea. An actual template you can use week after week to keep making progress toward your goals long after this event ends.

You will not leave overwhelmed. You will leave focused, steady, and clear on your next moves.

Introducing: The PED Weekly Planning App. Presented by The Focus Room.

Plan. Execute. Dominate.

This is the biggest announcement of the day.

For the first time, attendees will receive exclusive access to the PED Weekly Planning App, a brand new web app built around exactly that: a real system to plan your weeks, execute on what matters, and dominate your goals over time.

The PED Weekly Planning App gives everything you build inside the Focus Lab a permanent home. No more losing your plan. No more falling off after week two. You walk out of this room with a system, and PED keeps that system alive.

This is not another productivity gimmick. This is structure that actually follows you into your real life.

The PED Weekly Planning App is not available to the public yet. Focus Lab 2.0 attendees get it first.

This Does Not End When You Walk Out

One of the most powerful parts of the Focus Lab 2.0 extends beyond the day itself.

Attendees will receive ongoing access to accountability opportunities throughout the rest of 2026, including recurring community touchpoints and coach-led sessions designed to keep you aligned, supported, and consistent long after the event ends.

This is not about one day of motivation that fades by Tuesday.

It is about building real commitment with real people around you, coaches and community, so that when life gets full and excuses start creeping back in, you are not doing this alone.

What You Leave With

Clarity on what actually matters right now
A framework to identify and eliminate the excuses killing your progress
A structured weekly plan you can execute immediately
Exclusive early access to the PED Weekly Planning App
Connection to a community rooted in real accountability
Ongoing touchpoints with coaches and community throughout 2026

Plus prizes, surprises, and food and beverages on site.

Less noise. More precision. More follow-through.
