Chronic stress is not just a bad day. It's a public health crisis and most of us have been managing it alone.

The Stress Relief Experience is a curated 6-hour wellness event designed to give you the education, tools, healing modalities, and community support to actually manage stress, prevent burnout, and reclaim your peace. This is not a yoga class. This is not a networking event with green juice. This is a full-day immersive experience built for people who are serious about their wellbeing.

What's included with your ticket:

Immersive experiences — sound healing, breathwork sessions, nervous system reset therapy, guided stretching, and a DIY juice station where you'll learn the benefits of every ingredient you choose.

A full wellness center: on-site massage, vitamin D shots, cryotherapy, and compression sleeve therapy for recovery and inflammation.

Games & Activities: We will be tapping into our inner child and playing games we grew up playing as kids. Think about your Connect 4, Jenga Blocks, and card games to play.

Seminars and workshops: Herbal Breakdown (natural stress remedies), Journaling & Therapy, Financial Guidance, a facilitated Networking Activation with Reforum Consulting, and The Chronic Stress Relief Insight — a grounding presentation on why these practices work and why they need to be part of your daily life.

A line-up of speakers who have been bringing together wellness experts, medical professionals, coaches, holistic healers, and entrepreneurs.

A curated vendor marketplace featuring wellness brands aligned with your journey.

This is for you if: You're a creative, entrepreneur, corporate professional, or wellness seeker who is done treating stress as a personality trait. You want real tools, real community, and while playing games and listening to music — all in one afternoon.
