THE UNSEEN TABLE

An Exotic Botanical Expedition

Art Basel Miami 2026 | December 1–5, 2026

For five nights only, The Unseen Table presents an immersive culinary experience created for Art Basel Miami 2026.

Journey through 250 years of culinary influence, reimagined through a contemporary tasting menu. Brought to life through gastronomy, live performance, visual artistry, music, and botanical design.

Created for only 1,500 guests.

You are not simply reserving a table. You are entering an experience.

THE EXPERIENCE

Some tables are meant to be seen.

This one is meant to be discovered.

The Unseen Table is a four-five-hour, full tasting-menu experience where culinary history meets contemporary imagination.

Throughout the evening, guests will move through a progression of thoughtfully composed tastings inspired by the cultures, ingredients, techniques, and culinary influences that have helped shape the American table over the last 250 years.

Historic inspiration is interpreted through a modern lens—incorporating contemporary technique, unexpected presentation, immersive visual elements, live music, performance, and an environment transformed through botanical design.

The complete menu will not be revealed prior to the event.

The discovery is part of the experience.

FOOD SAFETY, ALLERGY & RAW FOOD ADVISORY

The Unseen Table is a multi-course culinary tasting experience featuring a diverse range of ingredients and preparation techniques. Certain courses may contain or incorporate raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, fish, eggs, roe, caviar, or other animal-derived products.

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, particularly if you have certain medical conditions.

FOOD ALLERGIES & CROSS-CONTACT

The menu may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame, as well as other ingredients capable of causing allergic reactions or food sensitivities.

Due to the nature, complexity, preparation environment, and volume of this tasting experience, The Unseen Table cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact between ingredients.

Guests with severe or life-threatening food allergies should carefully consider these circumstances before participating.

Guests are responsible for reviewing available food and allergy information and notifying The Unseen Table of known food allergies when requested prior to the event. Disclosure of an allergy does not constitute a guarantee that a course can be modified or that cross-contact can be prevented.

GUEST ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a ticket and participating in The Unseen Table, the guest acknowledges that the experience may include raw or undercooked foods and ingredients associated with food allergies or sensitivities and voluntarily elects to participate with knowledge of these inherent food-related risks.

Guests who are pregnant, immunocompromised, elderly, have certain underlying medical conditions, or otherwise have concerns regarding the consumption of raw or undercooked foods are encouraged to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before consuming such items.

DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS POLICY

The Unseen Table is a carefully choreographed, multi-course tasting experience in which each course forms part of a larger culinary narrative. Due to the complexity of the menu, the number of courses served, specialized preparation techniques, and the coordinated timing of the experience, individual menu substitutions, modifications, or alternative dishes cannot be guaranteed.

The Unseen Table may be unable to accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions, including but not limited to vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, religious dietary preferences, ingredient dislikes, or other elective dietary requests.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Guests with food allergies are strongly encouraged to disclose them during the ticketing or guest-registration process.

While our culinary team will make reasonable efforts to identify relevant ingredients and communicate known allergens, The Unseen Table cannot guarantee that any dish, preparation area, utensil, equipment, or service environment will be completely free from a particular allergen or cross-contact.

Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should carefully consider the nature of this experience before purchasing tickets or participating.

A FIXED TASTING EXPERIENCE

The menu has been designed as a progression, with each course contributing to the evening’s 250-year culinary story. Removing, replacing, or substantially modifying individual courses may alter the intended experience and therefore may not be possible.

Guests may always choose not to consume a particular course or ingredient presented to them. However, declining a course does not entitle the guest to a substitute course, replacement item, partial refund, credit, or adjustment to the ticket price.

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge that they are participating in a pre-designed tasting-menu experience and accept the dietary limitations inherent in this format.

For questions concerning ingredients or allergies prior to the event, guests are encouraged to contact The Unseen Table before purchasing or attending. PLEASE COMMUNICATE ANY QUESTIONS TO info@unseentable.com
