THE PURSUIT OF BECOMING

6:30 AM – 12:00 PM

One intentional morning designed to challenge your body, clear your mind, deepen connection, and create space for who you are becoming.

Please plan to be parked by 6:30 AM and at the beach by 6:45 AM so we can begin the experience together promptly at 7:00 AM.

Arrive wearing:
All-black athletic wear that you are comfortable working out — and potentially getting wet — in.

7:00–8:00 AM | AWAKEN THE BODY

Move. Challenge. Connect.

We begin on the beach with a high-energy, team-focused workout designed to push you physically while bringing everyone together.

Come ready to move, get uncomfortable, and start the morning strong.

Your THRVE tote, towel, morning snacks, and refreshments will be waiting for you.

8:00–8:30 AM | RESET

After the workout, you'll have time to head inside, freshen up, and change before transitioning into the next phase of the experience.

Be sure to nourish the body before we unblock the mind.Take a moment to reset and recharge with fresh coffee and your choice of smoothie as you prepare for our next segment.

For your second outfit, bring comfortable, loose-fitting casual clothing that allows you to relax, breathe, and move freely.

8:30–9:15 AM | UNBLOCK THE MIND

Breathe. Release. Get Clear.

Slow down and turn inward through a guided breathwork experience designed to create space, release tension, and quiet the noise.

Your space will be intentionally prepared with everything you need, including your yoga mat, THRVE booklet, pen, eye mask, and water.

9:15–10:15 AM | ALIGN THE SOUL

Reflect. Connect. Become.

From breathwork, we move into intentional reflection and meaningful connection.

You'll be guided through a series of prompts before gathering in smaller circles for honest conversation, reflection, and connection with the people around you.

10:30 AM–12:00 PM | THE TABLE

Gather. Eat. Connect.

We close the morning around the table with an elevated brunch experience.

A chance to eat, connect, continue the conversations from the morning, and simply enjoy being present together.

COME READY.

Arrive on time. Come prepared. Keep an open mind.

Every part of the morning has been intentionally designed to build upon the last:
