Dear Attendees,

We regret to inform you that our Halloween event, “Titans of Terror,” originally scheduled for Friday, October 31, has been canceled due to severe weather conditions and street flooding in the area.

The safety of our guests, staff, and community is our top priority. After consulting with local authorities and reviewing the latest weather updates, it became clear that proceeding with the event would pose unnecessary risks to public safety.

All ticket holders will receive a full refund once our request is processed and approved by our ticketing platform. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued—no further action is required on your part.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at theclrprt@gmail.com. Our team will be happy to assist you.

We deeply appreciate your enthusiasm and support, and we share your disappointment in having to cancel this event. We look forward to welcoming you at our next event very soon.
