TITLE TALK — Notary Meetup

Calling all notaries — whether you just got your commission or you're ready to build your own signing service, Title Talk is where you level up. Join us in person at the stylish Hotel Haya in the heart of Tampa's Ybor City, or livestream in from anywhere in the country through the Next Level Notary community on Skool.

What's happening:

🎤 Calvin Darville — President of Comfortable Closings — is breaking down the full roadmap from brand-new notary to signing service owner. The wins, the road bumps, and the lessons learned the hard way. Plus, Calvin is pulling back the curtain on exactly how he scaled to 2,500 closings a month — no fluff, just the real path and what it actually takes to get there.

💬 Live Q&A with Guest Speaker Alexandra Martinez — Owner and Licensed Title Agent of AMZ Title. With over 20 years of experience navigating complex title issues, Alexandra specializes in residential and investment real estate transactions, working closely with investors, wholesalers, agents, and lenders. She's built her reputation on solutions, exceptional customer service, and taking on the most challenging closings. Now she's sharing insights from the title industry's perspective — including how notaries play a vital role in creating successful, stress-free closings. Bring your questions!
