Guided Exercises

~This Feels Like a YESSSS!

We will do an exercise in which we identify what a clear yes and an absolute no feels like in our bodies and strategies to avoid giving a yes when it feels like no, or we’re unclear and need more time to make a decision.

~ Taking Up Space

I’ll talk about powerful body language and demonstrate how to walk with confidence and take up space. I add in a bit of movement and we hype each other up. This exercise has a lighter energy. Lots of smiles and cheerinG!
