Pull up a seat En La Mesa and experience the authentic flavors of Panama through a four-course dinner prepared by sisters Vicky and Lisbeth of Vicky & Lisbeth’s Frituras Place.

The sisters learned to cook from the women who came before them who passed down the recipes, techniques, and traditions that continue to bring their family together today.

En La Mesa is an extension of that family tradition: a chance to share the food they grew up with, introduce guests to the flavors of Panama, and create a new generation of memories around the table.
