**Two experiences. One beautiful day of wellness and community.

We’re bringing WellHaus back, and this year, we’re making a full day of it! Join Selah Health for a morning of movement, recovery, and intentional connection, followed by an evening curated by EveryDopeGirl and EveryDopeMan of great conversation and community at The Cool Down Happy Hour.

Here’s the flow:

10 AM–12 PM | WellHaus: Start your morning with Pilates powered by Sweat + Soul, followed by a curated wellness experience featuring recovery activations, compression therapy, IV drips, B12 shots, fresh juices, açaí bowls, photo moments, and opportunities to connect with our community. Doors open at 9:45.

6:30-9:30PM | The Cool Down Happy Hour: Come back together for a more relaxed evening of drinks, mingling, and meaningful connections. Think good energy, new friends, and the perfect way to wind down the day.
