HE: Memoir of the Human Body explores the memories of lived experiences that are stored in our being. Through radical acceptance expressed in various mediums and styles, we reflect on life’s imprint on our nervous systems—honoring, expressing, and remembering, whether as performers or witnesses.

Take this opportunity to slow down, treat yourself to a gentle embrace, and embark on the journey of a guided performance art experience infused with mindful immersion techniques.

As you enter the calming serenity of communal effort, we ask that you remember your contribution to the space—your presence.

Dress code: Luxurious Comfort - breathable fabric, fluid cuts for effortless movement and elegance.

For an embodied immersion, we ask you to remove your shoes, silence your phones, or leave them with the receptionist, and maintain mindful awareness throughout the event.

We value inclusivity and accessibility. Use code MEMOIR for discounted tickets.

Ticket Revenue: All proceeds contribute to the sustainbility of the creative economy, supporting our artists and covering production costs.
