All ticket sales for Fiesta Latina Nueva York events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, weather conditions, illness, travel delays, or missed departures.

However, we may allow ticket transfers to another event date if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and may only be completed once per ticket.

To request a transfer, please email fiestalatinanuevayork@gmail.com with the following information:

Full name used for purchase
Original event date
Ticket number or order confirmation
Preferred new event date

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours, subject to event availability.

If Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC cancels or reschedules an event, all ticket holders will be notified and given the option to:

Transfer their tickets to a new date, or
Receive a full refund

By purchasing a ticket to any Fiesta Latina Nueva York event operated by Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, personal illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or change of plans.

Event Admission

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Events are strictly 21+ unless otherwise specified.

Boarding Policy (Boat Events)

For yacht or boat events, guests must arrive on time for boarding. Boats will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time and cannot return for late guests. No refunds will be issued for missed departures.

Dress Code & Conduct

Guests must follow event guidelines and dress code requirements when applicable. The following are not permitted:

Weapons or sharp objects
Spikes
Realistic prop guns
Masks that cannot be removed
Any items deemed unsafe by management

Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest not complying with event rules or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

Event Changes

Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC reserves the right to make changes to the event time, location, entertainment lineup, or venue when necessary. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

Liability

By attending a Fiesta Latina Nueva York event, guests assume all risks associated with participation. Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, theft, or property damage that may occur during the event.

Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes by Fiesta Latina Nueva York and its partners.

Management Rights

Fiesta Latina Media Group LLC and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at their discretion for safety or policy violations.
