YOU'VE BEEN NETWORKING ALL WEEK. COME TAKE A BRAIN BREAK. 🧠🎧

The Brain Break is a wellness experience for Black professionals, creatives, founders, and community to step away from the nonstop energy of AfroTech, pour back into themselves, meet some dope people, and still catch a vibe.

We’re taking over Ronin Art House with DJs, games, wellness activations, sensory & decompression lounges, self-care, food, drinks, music journaling, portraits, giveaways, and spaces to actually breathe.

This was intentionally created to have a little something for everyone.

VIBES

DJs Bloom + Superjayy will be setting the sounds for the evening while you grab a drink, play a game, meet somebody new, or just relax.

Join us in the living room for live game activations:

🎲 BLACKLISTED! The Game

🎶 Lyrically Correct

SOMETHING FOR ALL OF THE SENSES

Need a break from people for a minute? We planned for that too.

Our Reset + Sensory Rooms give you space to slow down through ambient sound, Build-your-own scents & aromatherapy bar, projected visuals, headphones, eye masks, and spaces intentionally designed for doing less.

🔊 Vibroacoustic Therapy
Experience sound and vibration as a full-body sensory reset.

🦋 Butterfly Tapping
Try a guided grounding practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body.

LISTEN + REFLECT

Soulful Prompts brings music and journaling together through a silent disco listening experience.

Put on your headphones, choose a song, grab a journal, and follow guided prompts inspired by the music.

Less scrolling. More listening.

🤎 AND YES, YOU CAN STILL SOCIALIZE.

This isn't a wellness conference or another networking mixer.

There are no panels. No awkward networking circles. No pressure to work the room.

Grab some food. Get a drink. Play games. Listen to the DJs. Journal. Try an activation. Take a portrait. Sit down. Meet somebody new. Or disappear into the Reset Room for a little while.

You decide what your Brain Break experience looks like.
