JessBeU presents Sound Bath & Love Letters, an immersive wellness experience created for exploring sound healing, creativity and inner peace. This afternoon is an invitation to return to oneself. Filling your cup with the same love and compassion you openly give to others.

Through guided reflection, intentional writing, and a sound bath, you will be able to slow down, regulate your nervous system and communicate the words you have been waiting to hear.

This month's activation will reflect on self-love and setting new intentions. As a collective we are closing out the Summer season and soon to welcome in the Fall season. So what is one daily routine that we can begin to implement that improves our overall well-being? What is one thing you would like to experience before summer ends?
