Liptember is a campaign that was founded by Luke Morris and originated in Australia, it's intended to bring awareness to and to fundraise for Women's mental health. Traditionally, those who want to support wear a bold lip to bring attention to a cause often rendered invisible.

We intend to expand upon and support this effort by drawing attention to gender marginalized individuals residing nationally (US) and abroad by hosting an event focused on sharing mental health resources, providing relief in the midst of economic instability across the nation, and to fundraise for housing for womxn and nonbinary people impacted by gender based violence.

The event will take place between 3-7PM, September 27th, 2026 in Sacramento (La Rivera Neighborhood, address to be provided 2 days prior to the event) and is free to attend, no one turned away for lack of funds, however donations are happily accepted to go towards our efforts!

Our goal is to reach $2,000 through September 27th, 2026

These funds will go towards local and non-local people in these areas:
**Housing
**Medical Necessities
**Educational Support

**A portion of our proceeds will also go towards supporting the Liptember organization as well as GHC

(Please check here for our ongoing list of GFMs/Fundraisers for individuals seeking support if you would prefer to donate directly towards their causes as well!)
