This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving illness, travel complications, personal emergencies, or changes in plans. In the rare event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. In such cases, we will do our best to notify all attendees using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
